This is the Return and Refund Policy of DOT Global Services.

Before initiating any 'charge-backs', the Customer agrees to first contact DOT Global Services, LLC to resolve any disputes. The Customer also accepts that DOT Global Services requires a written agreement for any 'charge-back' to be processed.

Refunds, returns, and cancellations are only available within 30 days of payment and pursuant to the written agreement; refunds will not be offered after this period. Please contact us to request a refund within 30 days of payment.
